In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department will reopen its performance venues on 1 June (Monday). Major facilities including the Concert Hall and Theatre will only be open for hirers’ rehearsal use and performances/activities without live audience before 15 June. Speech Day events will also be cancelled. Minor facilities such as Recital Hall and committee rooms will limit the number of users to no more than half of the original capacity. To avoid people from gathering, no ceremony will be allowed in the exhibition facilities. The exhibition facilities will limit the visitor flow by arranging quotas. Children under 12 will only be allowed to enter the exhibition facilities when accompanied by an adult. For details, please see here.
Box offices and ticket dispensing machines resumed operation with special opening hours (from 12nn to 6:30pm daily) from 6 May.
The ticket refund service is available from 6 May to 30 June for events presented/sponsored by the LCSD and some organised by hirers which have been cancelled due to venue closure arising from the pandemic. Please visit www.urbtix.hk/internet/en_US/newsDetail/167774 for details.
